Mr. Brook’s program was exciting yet had a very down to earth message. He was educational and entertaining with his tips for "High Performance Living." I highly recommend his program to other schools looking for messages on higher achievement.
Chris Rainforth, Principal
High Performance Living is maximizing one’s potential in the physical, emotional and mental arenas of life. Achievement enhancement and character development is the core of this experience.
The High Performance Living Program is guaranteed to educate and motivate your students and staff to develop the inner qualities and assets essential to successful living. The greater the presence of these qualities and the stronger they are, the less likely one is inclined to participate in destructive behavior.
The amount of commitment a person has to a specific goal is the greatest deterrent of negative behavior we have found.

Assemblies
An Exciting trampoline performance combined with experiential activities, teaches students the qualities that build inner strength and resiliency. The action and excitement assure that the message will be remembered.
His visual form of presentation was very effective in helping our students understand abstract concepts. It was fun, entertaining and probably the best assembly I have ever seen in relation to prevention and health creation.

Classroom Workshops
The interactive classroom workshops personalize the message and leave kids with the tools, the motivation and follow up activities they need to move towards the High Performance Zone.
We had the opportunity of having Mr. Brook visit several of our classes to give students a more in depth exposure to his materials and excitement for life. These sessions were particularly important for the children in our school. Both children and teachers who attended these sessions were excited about what they learned.

Inservice & Support Material
The inservice draws on the latest research in mind-body findings and their applications to health, learning and performance. We will examine some of the blocks to effective learning and what can be done to enhance the experience. These and other performance related topics will be addressed in an experiential format that helps to integrate the information in a practical, effective way.
A number of our teachers are using his techniques in their classrooms with positive results.

Parent Program
The excitement of the day motivates students to bring their parents back for an evening of High Performance insights and action.
That evening students brought their parents back for another performance. We had standing room only, which is unusual for our school.
